The Wilanów Office Building:

We developed the office park concept in a joint venture with Polnord, in response to the needs of the telecommunications company Orange. The entire project consisted of office buildings and server facilities, a type of property we have designed many times before with considerable success. We planned the entire array of buildings to be surrounded by a naturalistic park area to emphasise the qualities of the surroundings. This combination of features is intended to bring about a purpose-built, complete facility standing on the Wilanów Commons areas adjacent to the Ursynów Escarpment, where the Orange team can develop their telecommunications innovations and manage their entire company.
