The PasteLove estate:

In Grodzisk Mazowiecki, we faced the challenge of designing a housing estate by… a river. We planned the low-rise, two-storey multi-family buildings in four lines which meander gently like a river does. Between the buildings closest to the river bank, we found space for lookout openings and walkways so that the residents of the houses located at further building lines would have a view of the river from their windows.

In three types of buildings, we designed units that differ in size and configuration, but each is a split-level, has a well-thought-out room layout, a private garden, a garage and a parking space. They are effectively as comfortable as single-family terraced houses are.
