In the Mokotów district, we were presented with zoning restrictions that we turned into opportunities.
The impediments to locating a residential development along Sikorskiego Avenue have influenced the creation of the building’s most distinctive feature, a sculpted façade that shelters the storage cells. By elevating the inner courtyard, we were able to make room for a commercial unit that is within easy reach of the residents. Meanwhile, the inner multi-level court, with its cascading layout, provides a meeting place bathed in greenery. The multifunctionality and intimacy of the communal areas foster relationships between residents.
