The owner of this project, located in Warsaw’s Wola district, was focused the most on the comfort of residents living in sun-lit flats with simple, functional layouts and spacious staircases without any long, dark corridors. The effect is a contemporary townhouse with varied architecture and a clear structure. A presentable entrance facing Nakielska Street opens onto a striking, sunny court that does not create the “bottom of the well” effect. Stairwell entries are accessible from the court, old-townhouse style. An open two-storey passage on the other side of the courtyard invites visitors to enter the garden area.
